A very peaceful gravel pit about fifty years old, covering approximately
5 hectares of open water.
This water surface is made up of two lakes: 4.5ha and another half an hectare (5000m²).
The property's total is 5.8 hectares.
The entire property is enclosed with wire mesh fencing, concrete post, and an entrance gate.
The property is very quiet and secluded, situated in the middle of a forest.
The gravel pit is supplied by groundwater, and itsdeepth ranges from 3 to 5 meters.
The highest water level occurs in January and the driest in August.
There have been one or two slight overflows in the past 20 years.
A stock of 300 to 400 carp weighing over 10kilos inhabit the waters, some impressive
specimens reaching 22kilos or more.
On the grounds, there is shelter with shower and WC,
a container for tools and a 16 square meters open-fronted shelter
